U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

Re: Freedom of Information Request

Dear Mr. Becerra:

The purpose of this letter is to request information pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C., section 552.  If this information is not available from your agency, please forward this request to the appropriate agency or advise me on the other agencies which might have this information.

Please provide me with a copy of the following items:

  • ·        produce evidence that SARS-COV2 (and all its names ie: coronavirus that is natural, contagious and harmful; covid-19 that is natural, contagious and harmful) has been isolated not using PCR—which is not a test and cannot isolate a virus—but definitive proof that a natural virus has been isolated that is a contagion.
  • ·        produce all records describing the isolation of a SARS-COV2 virus, directly from a sample taken from an expired body, where the patient sample was not put with any other source of genetic material, for example hepatocytes, monkey kidney epithelial cells (Cercopithecus aethiops), or the like.
  • ·        please produce evidence of a Delta Variant having been isolated not using PCR—which is not a test and cannot isolate a virus—but definitive proof that a natural virus has been isolated that is a contagion.
  • ·       produce evidence of a Delta Variant isolated directly from a sample taken from a live body and an expired body, where neither patient sample was put with other sources of genetic material for example hepatocytesmonkey kidney epithelial cells (Cercopithecus aethiops), or the like.

Please limit your search of the above items from October 2019 to October 2021.

If any part or all of the materials or information is withheld under a FOIA exemption, please provide a list of the information withheld and mark any deleted sections.

I request that you supply the information without any charge because the information is used for humanity at large to have support for current health orders, since proof of SARS-COV2 and a Delta Variant having been isolated were never furnished.  In any event, please provide me with an itemized statement of the applicable fees.

To be clear, “isolation” means the action of separating a thing from everything else.  I am not requesting records where “isolation of SARS-COV2” refers to a culturing of a thing, or how something such as the PCR functions related to this or a sequencing of a thing.  To clarify, I am requesting all such records that are in the possession, custody or control of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or any U. S. federal department whether downloaded to a computer or device, printed in a hard copy, or held in some fashion.  I; however, am requesting a hard copy.

As provided for by section 552(a)6(A)(i) of the Freedom of Information Act, please provide your reply within twenty (20) business days.  Thank-you for your prompt attention to this matter.I have sent a copy of this letter to the Secretary of State to be placed in my administrative file.  Should we ever meet in a court, I can have my file there alongside challenging you to show proof of claim that there is a wild contagious pathogen as a reason to support covid measures in the states of the union.

Sincerely yours,

I sent this via the Judicial District as a private, living man.  My thought is that when Becerra ignores me as he did last time, I can choose to take him to court.  When a person goes to court, they can have their administrative file presented.  I will also be able to challenge Becerra to prove a natural, contagious pathogen exists.
