Depression’s Drug-less Answers

Drugs prescribed by a psychiatrist do not help you.  If you’re on them, notice if your outlook on life has improved.  These drugs encourage violence and suicidal thoughts.  It’s not help.  Please go off them safely, slowly, and only after receiving other support.  Ask yourself if you are interested in life as you were prior to the depression.  Are drugs the answer?  Here’s links if you still believe there is science behind their use.  I'm hoping to convince you not to start on drugs.

What I would do if I noticed that I was depressed, out of sorts, not wanting to go to work, not able to function as I used to do, is very different than most.  I see doctors as bent on making life long customers, as repairmen and repairwomen, but as incapable to encourage true emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual balance.  It seems to me, doctors don’t help, they hinder progression.

Long ago, I had an experience with depression.  (Looking back, it could have been a psychic attack, but the technique I did stopped it in its tracks just the same.)  I knew about Conscious Connected Breathing and the philosophy of commanding yourself to feel what you’re already feeling and that it makes you feel powerful (http://www.amazon.com/Vivation-Science-Enjoying-Your-Life/dp/0961013249).   There I was feeling like I just didn’t care at all. My life meant nothing.  Nothing meant anything.  My true self was tied and gagged in the recesses of my being, in a crate, under a heavy buffalo rope.  Yet, there was this faint thought, that I am more than this hopeless feeling.  For whatever reason, I knew that I had the perfect opportunity to prove how wrong every stupid thing was that I had believed to be true.  I summoned all my strength that I really didn’t acknowledge was there and said, “I command myself to be depressed.”  That was it.  That was all I did.  I was commanding myself to be in the state that I was already in, yet, there it was, a giggle.  Way down deep that tied and gagged part of me felt the sunshine.  I said it again.  “I command myself to be depressed.”  My energy started awakening and grew into giggle-sparkles.  Suddenly, I was standing tall in myself and knew that I had gotten out from under this depression that was seemingly caused by something normal everydayish, and had taken over unbelievably fast.  In commanding myself to feel depression, I had not made myself wrong for it.  In that moment of acceptance, I had integrated the whole thing.  Well, what do you know…the philosophy had been true!

Sometimes, it may not be so simple.  Sometimes, we actually have chemical assaults to our bodies and neurotransmitter interruptions that throw us off balance and into depression.  It’s amazing, isn’t it?  That what we eat, breathe, inject into ourselves, and lack due to impaired healthy beneficial gut bacteria, can actually alter our moods.  Esoteric Acupuncture, Acutonics, physical cleanses and homeopathy, herbs and essential oils, exercise, socializing, and adjusting electronic and/or radiation poisoning, all can help us to reclaim what we’ve lost.  And you know what?  After you start taking an herb or having a treatment, you suddenly start to see clearly and start to know exactly what you need more of and less of in order to feel balanced.  The more balanced you become, the easier it is for your body to communicate its needs to you.

Esoteric Acupuncture nurtures the basic important energy that supports the physical body, but it also creates multiple layers of energy and a Spin Field, which moves Qi with more force.  It balances all aspects of self: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.  As Mikio Sankey says, “The frequencies created by the sequential activation of acupuncture sites during a treatment with any of the New Encoding Patterns of Esoteric Acupuncture are designed to work with consciousness planes above the dense mental planes and to assist one to break out of constricting habits that keep us tied into an older, sometimes outdated way of viewing and living life” (Antahkarana, p. 47).   It creates a new energy that can attract higher experiences to us as well as cleaning the fogged up window we’ve been peeking out of.  The world actually looks brighter.  Yes, a house is a house just like your life situations are still life situations.  Let me put it this way.  If you stand with your nose against the house, what you see of the house is very different than what you see of the same house if you’re standing across the street.  Try Esoteric Acupuncture.  It can offer a different, though just as real view.

Acutonics is tuning fork acupuncture and beyond.  You get all these groovy vibrations entering your Etheric and Physical bodies at acupoints, and the sound travels through the water that is you and it allows insights and balance.  You may intend for a specific result to come from the balance and something quite unexpected may happen-like all of a sudden you’ve quit smoking, but it’s nurturing, and a part of us really does crave the music of the spheres which is in these forks.  Drugs take you in the direction of Hell.  Acutonics offers you Heaven!

Oh my goodness, when it comes to cleansing now a days, there are so many books, guides, and websites to help you.  You just have to find what fits your personality and condition.  Though the official time old liver cleanse is best done by stronger sorts, Dr. Dale’s programs target everyone, so it is the one I recommend.  The Whole Body Deep Cleanse Kit is a 13 day detox that includes liver and gallbladder homeopathy, and herbs that address the kidneys, liver, colon, and body. It’s less than $300.  This is more ideal for people who are weak or have tried the oil, grapefruit, and malic acid method and now want something more whole body.  There are versions of this cleanse that can be accomplished at a slower pace if that suits your health and needs better.  The One Month Organic Slow Cleanse Kit is seven items that does the previous, but more slowly.  The Three Month Organic Slow Cleanse is 17 items for less than $900, and yes, there is a two month one as well.  Ideally for depression sufferers, in my opinion, is The Multi-Layer Cleanse Kit.  It is a homeopathic kit that addresses the kidneys, liver, gallbladder, colon, spleen, and pancreas, as well fear, anger, resentment, stuck/resistant, low self-esteem, rejection, and it cleanses the blood.  It’s under $130 for 6 items, and for an additional cost, it can be altered to address the endocrine system as well.  The Emotional Release Pack is 13 items, very similar to the previous kit except it also includes the bladder, heart, large and small intestines, stomach, thyroid, adrenals, as well as irritation, overwhelm, shock, trauma, stuckness, grief, vulnerability, disgust, despair, confusion, and paranoia.  It helps over-all balance for less than $400.  This is the Pack that I would recommend first and foremost before resorting to drugs.  The Emotional Release Pack may help you to be able to cleanse and to get yourself to acupuncture, and to be able to socialize.  Even just the Bowel Nosode Morgan Pure homeopathic remedy addresses suicidal tendencies and depression.  If it’s all you can do, it’s a start.  Dr. Dale’s products are organic, GMO-free, Magnesium Stearate-free, and vegan where applicable.

Seek either a Western herbalist or an acupuncturist for herbs.  We know how to write formulas that can help you.  If you prefer pills, we have herbal pills.  Herbs have temperatures, for example, the Western herb Goldenseal is very cold.  We know how to lessen the natural cold temperature of herbs by placing them in formulas that are more warming as well as choosing another herb that better suits your constitution.  Essential oils are amazing and may be taken internally as well as smelling and placing on acupoints.  Again, seek the assistance of someone who is trained in Essential Oils.  I can only speak for Snowlotus.  To me, they are the best.  Just smelling an oil can change your outlook.  Remember, the house is still the house, but, wow!

What movement brings you joy?  You may like walking, running, or cycling, but you may also enjoy swinging as a child at a park.  You may enjoy doing Fluidity, but ice-skating, salsa dancing, or Insanity might be more your style.  Whatever it is, work it out so that, for starters, you at least get to move three times a week.  See what you can do about increasing it once you feel out of your slump.  Also remember, if the rebound machine (trampoline) is all you can do, that you’re at least moving your lymph, so that’s a start.  Put your energy and attention into the joyfulness of the doing.  Don’t judge your performance or your level.  Just do for doings sake.

By socializing, I mean therapeutic socializing.  What this doesn’t mean is going out with your buddies to a bar and getting drunk off your ass.  I mean surrounding yourself with loving, non-attacking kinds of people.  Play board games or Rumikub.  Have meaningful fun without electronic devices.  Have a pot luck, or ask a friend to host a get-together if you need baby steps.  Your friends are there to support you through your tough time.

Electromagnetic poisoning and radiation overwhelm may also be affecting you.  If you work at a jobsite with constant Wi-Fi and drive an electric car, for example, you may need to acknowledge this before knowing true balance.  SafeSpace is a company that makes protection for homes, computers, and phones.  Also, no human on Earth in 2016 can be radiation-free without actively doing something about it.  Brands of iodine made for combating radiation exist, as well as other options.  Dr. Dale also has a Radiation Protection/Detox Pack which includes 3 items, BioIodine and 2 homeopathic remedies, for under $90.  The Thyroid Rescue Protocol Pack may also be indicated.  It supports cleansing and building with cell ready minerals and homeopathy.

It’s ok to access a tool.  Just know that the white-coated gods offer no competent tool.  Whatever natural step you can take today, you will be so much closer to being yourself tomorrow.

Esoteric Acupuncture Revisited

According to Mikio Sankey, acupuncturists might have better results with their clients if they looked for the qi emanating from the person’s true acupoint rather than merely looking at a book’s generic definition of where the point should be located on everyone’s body.

How may an acupuncturist see, feel, or simply know where the center of a specific acupoint is appearing on any given client on any given day? When a practitioner follows the same guidelines they present to their clients for living well, the acupuncturists will refine their own Qi (energy) and thus work toward intuiting the location of points. The guidelines given and followed are to receive acupuncture in conjunction with eating foods and beverages that promote life. This means avoiding the chemicals frequently found in beverages, food and drugs. According to Sankey, even a sip of alcohol sends its energy from the practitioner through the needle to the client. Under normal circumstances this may not present a problem. If the client is a recovering alcoholic, however, the practitioner needs to be aware of the state of his or her own Qi and what he or she is bringing energetically to the treatment room. Meditating and/or doing Inner Plane work as well as performing Esoteric Acupuncture on clients will contribute to increasing the practitioner’s awareness, intuition, and ability to see or feel subtle qi.

Here is a surprising fact. The client’s Intention for the outcome they wish to receive from the treatment can actually effect where acupoints will show up at that time on his or her body. Of course a hand point will always be in a similar area on the body. It would not suddenly be accessed on the foot. However, astute acupuncturists will notice that from person to person particular acupoints are not consistently found in exactly the same spot, nor even on one person from treatment to treatment. Even with these adjustments, the acupoints will always be in the proximity of the book’s definition; however, several factors influence whether a treatment has offered all that was expected. Did the client and practitioner have the same Intent, or any Intent at all? Is the practitioner able to sense the point’s location? Some people prefer a practitioner who is aware that they are in process and working toward the same wellness and high awareness goals as their clients. Other clients hold any doctor in high regard simply for holding a license and the clients are unconcerned with the practitioner’s state of health and state of mind. A client’s decision s about their practitioner’s standards will also contribute to the treatment.

The Chakras, spinning energy vortices, are located in a person’s Astral/Emotional Body, which is outside the Defensive/Protective Qi area of their physical body. Incarnating humans consist of five bodies: the dense physical body and the four subtle/finer frequency bodies, which Sankey says are “actually distinct vibrational fields extending outward from the dense physical body.” Each body is named for the plane on which it resides. The physical body resides in the physical plane, for example, yet each body is contained within all the bodies that precede them. The subtle bodies from most dense to most fine are the Etheric, the one that houses the acupuncture meridians; the Astral, the one with which traveling and work may be accomplished away from the physical level while still incarnating; the Mental/Casual, the Mental acts as a filter for incoming information and the Casual is a higher level of the Mental body; and the Spiritual, which is actually separated into the Buddhic, Atmic, Monadic, and Logoic. Energies come from the Mental plane through the Chakras in the Astral body to the physical body. Imbalanced Chakras may pull in greater energies from our other subtle bodies and planes of existence. Due to being laden with charged emotional energy, the frequency now working within the Chakras may be lower, and the spinning may go in the opposite direction for health. (Clockwise is a healthy rotation for those in the Northern Hemisphere. Counter-clockwise is healthy for those in the Southern Hemisphere). Chakras must be clear, open, and activated prior to working consciously with kundalini energy.

Sankey writes, “Kundalini refers to an electromagnetic energy field of consciousness” that is stored at the base of the spine. It slowly rises up the etheric spine over the course of someone’s life, unless he or she, along with their Inner Plane work and meditation, is working with it purposely. In Sanskrit, kundal does mean coil; however, kunda can mean pit, as in the cranium. Sankey points out that “the dissection of the human brain reveals that it resembles a snake coiled upon itself.” Westerners can think it all hog wash, but it is a good idea to research and understand the effect of kundilini, diet, and the power of unexpressed emotions because in ignorance one risks the rising energy getting stuck, usually around the third and fourth Chakras in middle age. It is common to know someone who died of a heart attack around forty years of age.

When people are out of balance, they might like to find their center, which actually rises with their changes toward health and along with increased understanding of their subtle bodies. Esoteric Acupuncture can assist a person with this endeavor through Sacred Geometry, among other disciplines. Humans are not flat. When Sacred Geometry is Intended through using Esoteric Acupuncture patterns, energy folds, flops, and twists, affecting a person much like a combination lock that first turns to the right, and then to the left. With each “click,” a person’s consciousness is closer to “opening.” Building the Antahkarana, Rainbow Bridge, is assisted with this work. Building the Antahkarana is building the center. The concept of the six surrounding the one is made manifest with needles, or oils and crystals, for the non-acupuncture treatment. Bridges, or connections, between the sixth and seventh Chakras, that some meditators have long been aiming to establish, may occur now. Knowledge may come to those receiving regular Esoteric Acupuncture treatments without reading or hearing the information. For others, simply being able to understand a once hard book may be the noticeable outcome. Full Sensory abilities may first show up with peripheral clairvoyance, seeing into other dimensions out of the corner of the eye. Other benefits may include calmer, more balanced relationships and accompanying improved physical health.

When a client visualizes the acupoints connecting to each other, picturing golden light making triangular shapes, and consciously moves energy in figure eights, the client becomes a living Yantra. A Yantra in Sanskrit is a tool that can be used during meditation in order to express otherworldly ideas, something that can perceive and receive. Yantras sometimes look like beautiful designs in the shape of a circle. Another example of a perceiver/receiver is the human body. Esoteric Acupuncture is a tool for assisting with an awakening through the Yantra of the human body. Esoteric Acupuncture is a tool making a spiritual “download” possible.

Esoteric Acupuncture can guide a person on a journey to understanding finally that the ancient Hindu belief that we are all connected to everything is true. When someone makes the decision to refine their Qi (energy), it is as if a veil has been removed and the whole world opens up for them. With the New Encoding patterns, needles are placed in and are also later removed from acupoints in an exact order. This sequence acts very much like a combination lock. The client does more than simply relax on a massage table with the needles in place, they experience what NASA refers to as “spin field.” Esoteric Acupuncture can assist a person with their Intent to build minor energetic bridges within their head centers in order to eventually sustain a bigger bridge, the Antahkarana, the Rainbow Bridge. Energy will not go to the Crown Chakra, it will jump if something, like the Rainbow Bridge, is not set up in advance. Needling one point and having it travel to another not within its meridian system is possible with Esoteric Acupuncture.

Esoteric Acupuncture works on multiple levels: physical, etheric, astral, mental/casual, and spiritual in order to support a client in preventing illness, maintaining health, and experiencing wellness on previously unknown levels. Vivaxis Exercise #2: One of Many HealthCare Solutions

My mother and I have now completed the second exercise, the neutralizing process, from the book The Vivaxis Connection. Immediately after expelling foreign fields, which in this case means a connection with a Vivaxis that is not my own, my face felt alive and energy danced above my head. My mother felt energized, centered, and grounded. Her eyes were sparkling much as mine were after the colonic I had had.

Judy Jacka, in The Vivaxis Connection, says “The rational for the neutralizing exercise is to bring in and saturate our energy field with our own energies, and to do this so strongly that all foreign energies are removed.” Esoteric acupuncture, the Vincent Codes, colonics and cleansing in general, and countless other modalities for supporting qi (energy/power within) are at our finger tips. It is a wonder to me that people take drugs of any kind. In this age of knowledge, so many techniques for health are offered. Most could even be performed in a person’s own home.

Sound Made Sacred

“Sound frequencies, like Vivaxis energies and high potency homeopathic remedies, have no physical form.”
The Vivaxis Connection, by J. Jacka,
p. 45
Sacred Sounds: Magic & Healing Through Words & Music author and healer Ted Andrews says, “To hear one’s astrological chart played musically is at once eerie and awesome” (58). Listening to the musical interpretation of an individual’s personal astrological chart is one way to achieve higher states of consciousness and can help a seeker of personal truth to gain insight. Composers of this kind of music work with a client’s birth chart and hand him or her a musical copy of how the planets sounded upon the client’s first breath. Andrews says that it is inspiring and deeply moving to be immersed into personal sound on this level. This metaphysical guru goes onto say, “Pythagorus created the modern musical octave in an attempt to reveal the relationship between musical notes and the mathematical principles of the universe” (5). For those interested in following this concept, Esoteric Acupuncture and Sacred geometry may be two subjects worth investigating. Through personal music, meaning the sounds and vibrations of the planets at our first breath, we have another tool to help us understand how our astrological charts are affecting us. As Andrews says, “Astrology and music are tools to help us to understand the energies within us and how to bring them into harmony” (54). But music in general, as a tool, is far more convenient and available to us than hiring an astrological chart musician.
Ted Andrews acknowledges the commercial and artistic aspects of music. He further encourages “music needs to be considered in a third way- as a power of universal force” (30). Andrews feels that respecting this third aspect once again, as sacred sound, is long past due. All vowel sounds and also words resonate to various parts of the body, various chakras, and to an individual’s different states of awareness. Because of this, listening to different vowel sounds can help with various physical ailments throughout the body.
With all the technological diversions in our world, it is worth looking at what he has to say. From the healing aspects of speech, to tones, to music in general, sound, whether from an instrument, from a voice, or from a machine, is able to affect the body. Let’s take a look at this concept. Physically, sound enters through the ear. Ten of the twelve cranial nerves communicate with the ear and from the ear have an impact on other parts of the body. Some scientists theorize that this is why a baby, for example, may get an acute (sudden) stomach ache from loud noises.
The chakras (spinning energy points) and the subtle bodies (Etheric, Astral, etc.) also play a part in the effects of sound on the physical body and on a person’s consciousness. “The chakras are the primary mediators of all energy already in the body and all the energy coming into the body” (34). Chakras are not a part of the physical body on the physical level, yet they contribute to physical health and are also affected by one’s physical health. Chakras are situated along the midline, back, and front, of the Astral body, corresponding with the midline of the physical body. Andrews feels it is important for individuals to understand the chakras system and how each relates with our various bodies and energies. Plenty of books have been available for a long time on this subject. You will learn the basics, such as which gland corresponds to which chakra, and from there a whole new world will open up to you.
In Andrews' view, each chakra communicates with a particular subtle body. He states, “The normal life-force from each subtle body enters into its own particular chakra,” then sends its energy to the spine, blood stream, and finally to the organs (35). Likewise, sound and tones from the outside offer calm or discordant energy to the chakras. The energy enters the chakras and travels to the spinal sound resonator vertebrae in the form of vibration and, as energy from the subtle bodies, is then sent along the nerve pathways of tissues and organs.
When balanced, the subtle bodies and chakras are able to dictate what can enter a person’s experience and change it or leave it as is. Further, prior to the physical body, the subtle bodies are adversely or positively affected first by outside influences. Andrews writes, “The higher and stronger our own energy fields are, the less likely they are to be impinged upon from outside sources, and the more we can adapt them to resonate to a wider spectrum of forces, people, and conditions of life”(23). Talk about preventative medicine! Basically, this is like strengthening your aura so as when socializing in a huge crowd, you won’t feel like you need to take a shower to rescue yourself from the crowds’ stuff. Your subtle bodies support you in handling anything that comes your way.
What if the subtle bodies are adversely affected? They will be unable to discern incoming impressions, and therefore, will be unable to protect the whole person against these incoming vibrations. Andrews recommends that in this era of technology and dissonance, people reestablish the use of Sacred Sound, for anyone with vocal abilities can make sounds and intentionally direct these sounds somewhere within their Being with a purpose. For example, anyone who is able to hear can at least direct the sound internally without vocalizing, simply by being able to recreate the note in their mind. Thought application of sound affects the subtle bodies, chakras, and our auras, so we can produce a remedy to a physical malady by sending a vocal sound with thought only. Of course, it is best to also physically send the sound vocally to the area of physical discomfort.
Diagnosing the chakras through noticing an off pitch voice is also possible, for “off-pitch sounds usually indicate imbalance in one or more of the chakras”(73). An example of changes occurring in a chakra and being mirrored on the voice is when a youngster goes through puberty and has a cracking voice. Andrews writes, “The cracking and changing voice indicates the opening and activation of the base chakra from a new level. It indicates the movement of the individual to develop and assert his or her own independent and individual energies” (73). Asserting one’s will is therefore related to the chakras, too.
When the chakras are imbalanced, it is as if they hurry to gather energy from the subtle bodies (Etheric, Astral, etc.) in order to establish balance, therefore, “in many cases, simply restoring the proper balance and functioning to the chakras will correct the imbalance, or at least alleviate it” (37). Assist the chakras, and you will assist your subtle bodies. Assist your subtle bodies, and you will assist your chakras. His remedy to restore this proper balance? Sacred Sound.
Andrews says, “The more we are exposed to beneficial sounds, the greater and the more permanent the effect they have upon our own individual energies”(21). Sound Therapy International CDs are beneficial in this area. Listening to them at the movies, for example, blocks out the incredibly loud noises. At the same time, offering music that has been run through Tomatis’ Electronic Ear will exercise the ear as well.
The voice is a powerful tool. Andrews states, “Tuning energies with voice, sound, or music will affect people in different ways, but since sound is basic to all life, it will affect everyone to varying degrees”(183). The meridians traveling up the center of the front and back of the body can be balanced by singing, toning, or playing middle C and high C simultaneously (192). The tongue is to be placed against the teeth when silently toning (meaning hear it in your head) with the inhalation. Visualize energy traveling up the spine, and as you exhale, tone audibly, visualizing energy traveling down the front of the spine or front of the body (194). A secretive way to carry this out in public, or to just give yourself a quick tune up without the visualization, is with humming. Andrews says that humming “carries sound internally,” harmonizing all our subtle bodies and various aspects of ourselves (195).
In 2003, I was in an evening hypnotism class with a fellow acupuncturist. She had had an awful stomach ache all day, having tried herbs and attempts at needling herself to no avail. I had just finished reading Ted Andrews' book and asked her if, on the short break, she would let me attempt a toning treatment that I had just learned to do through the book. She felt she had nothing to lose, so we went into an unused room and together attempted this unusual treatment. The best thing is we needed no equipment. Also, people do not need a medical degree of any kind to conduct this treatment on themselves or friends.
She stood facing me. I was about two feet away from her naval area toning a raspy, throaty sound, “aw,” as in the American way of saying “saw.” I moved closer and up, down, and out following the feeling of where the edge of her aura was and the exact spot being a key to where her trouble was. She did as I did. Upon our inhales, we mentally sent the sound to her second and third chakra locations, and upon the exhale we toned, sending the sound to the same place. I explained to her that Andrews says that this technique affects the subtle bodies as well as the physical body. We weren’t always toning the same notes nor were we in unison. It did not sound pretty!
Suddenly, something seemed to shoot out and expand. Then her aura felt calm and settled in that spot. Our short break was up, so I figured that was pretty good timing because we had to stop anyway. Back in class, she looked at me with dazzling eyes and proclaimed her stomach ache was gone. “What was the name of that book again?” she asked.
Even if you do not think you are talented, singing encourages freer, fuller breathing, so it is worth doing daily. There are other benefits as well: “It can improve the posture, enhance our speaking voice, and helps bring emotional awareness and fulfillment” (196). Singing energizes and balances qi and the subtle bodies, assisting in healing between acupuncture treatments. The chromatic scale consists of thirteen tones, including sharps and flats, and all can balance the chakras. Like Esoteric Acupuncture, these tones can also “unblock and balance the energy pathways (meridians) from the chakras”(187). In Esoteric Acupuncture, the order of needle insertion and removal is important. With Sacred Sound, the order of notes played along with the rhythm can also set up a particular energy field for balancing. Also, just as it is with various New Encoding Patterns within the Esoteric Acupuncture system, rhythms and tones in various combinations can have specific effects upon our individual subtle bodies, which in turn show the results in our physical body. Andrews notes, “Part of the spiritual quest for any individual is to find the spiritual center within- the center which has all power and all balance and all healing”(205). As with Esoteric Acupuncture, using Sacred Sound helps you find and work from your center.
Esoteric Acupuncture and Sacred Sound, like Geomancy (Feng Shui), also both employ the use of the Yantra, because they all access geometric shapes. Andrews says, “Yantras are essentially visual tools to help in centering. When used for healing or worship purposes, the energy associated with them is evoked and symbolizes some divine aspect of the universe” (200). Toning in groups where the participants are assembled into various shapes, representing the Yantra, with a person in the middle, enables the “patient” to effect change for all those involved. The geometric shapes and the toning work together to ground the work into the physical.
Think of the people your voice affects if you are a school teacher, a radio disc jockey, or an actor. Even as a client. Wouldn’t you want your health care practitioner to use an appropriate timbre? Andrews assures us, “Through practice, we can learn to create physiological and spiritual changes in ourselves and others through altering the timbre of our speech and by employing the timbre of various instruments to elicit specific effects” (25). Sacred Sound takes Intentional healing to a whole new level while you are working to integrate the spiritual self with the physical self “within the circumstances of your present life” (46), and while taking the perfect voice into that next meeting with your boss, principal, or group you trying to persuade. The prepared voice is ready to create. As Andrews says, “One who sings, prays twice” (196).

Esoteric Acupuncture

"Only in a strong and clean body can the soul do its message fitly."
Woman in the Nineteenth Century p. 163 by Margaret Fuller

According to…Mikio Sankey, humanity as a whole has raised its consciousness to such a level that it has acted as a timelock for Esoteric Acupuncture’s New Encoding Patterns to be released and offered. These acupuncture patterns can expand humanity’s path toward healing and wellness, and opportunities for even higher consciousness!

Dr. Mikio Sankey is a California licensed acupuncturist, naturopathic physician, theosophist, lecturer, and author of several books. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been around for thousands of years. The goal of the early TCM doctors was to see their clients as little as possible, because it meant that the doctors were doing a good job with educating their clients on how to conduct their lives, and that their treatment procedures (acupuncture, acupressure, qi gong, tai chi, herbs, diet and lifestyle recommendations) were correct.

To-day, we are blessed to have Esoteric Acupuncture as another treatment protocol, thanks to Dr. Sankey, with the goal being wellness and heightened awareness about personal health, the environment and beyond. The name was chosen to express the Ancient Esoteric Wisdom along with TCM and acupuncture theory. The diagnosis process is different compared to traditional acupuncture where the practitioner views the client’s tongue, feels the pulses on their wrists for information about their organ systems, and takes note of their signs and symptoms. The Esoteric Acupuncturist notices tears in a person’s energy field, foreign energies clogging the system, imbalances with the chakras (huge energetic vortices situated along the midline of an individual), and especially various emotions and how they are effecting the client. TCM is often referred to as preventative medicine. Esoteric Acupuncture is concerned with wellness, taking prevention to a whole new level.

Healers, not licensed in acupuncture, may use Esoteric Acupuncture patterns by using crystals, oils and other items instead of needles. With the New Encoding Patterns, the acupoints, areas of extreme energy on the body, are touched in an exact order. While the points are activated, the client remains awake, possibly doing mental imagery to assist with the treatment. Afterwards, the objects are removed in the inverse order to how they were placed in or on the body. Dr. Sankey has found that this protocol, unlike with traditional acupuncture, releases higher frequencies. In fact, meditators wishing to expose themselves to heightened awareness and expanded consciousness are drawn to Esoteric Acupuncture, especially those who do Inner Plane or multidimensional work.
Esoteric Acupuncture helps a client to be able to view problems and imbalances from a higher level, thus being able to step back from a situation in order to improve clarity. The fine tuning of subtle frequencies, being aware, and an active participant in the process, the client may “simultaneously align and initiate the opening of their Heart Center.” This will cause a frequency of love that is generated throughout the energy field Esoteric Acupuncture is just one more piece of the puzzle available at this time.
becoming the “gateway to expanded healing.” Dr. Sankey emphasizes the importance of the Heart Center being in alignment, because, in his opinion, no healing can truly occur without it.

Information, Intelligence and memory reside in the cells. Think of each cell is as a computer and Esoteric Acupuncture as a tool that helps a client to access the data when the timing is appropriate for that particular individual. With organic produce, clean, healthy water, exercise suitable for the client’s personality and body type, meditation, and a modality such as Esoteric Acupuncture, a person may become more present and healthy.

Oriental Medicine: the Basics

According to A User’s Guide to Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine published by CSOMA, Oriental Medicine has “gained worldwide acceptance and recognition as effective medical treatment.” Substantial research proves that Oriental Medicine is a valid and valuable alternative when considering a treatment protocol. Acupuncture, acupressure, Chinese herbal medicine, and Tai Chi are a few of the better known modalities. However, Oriental Medicine is comprised of so much more.

The California State Oriental Medical Association (CSOMA), according to their website, is “a professional organization of licensed acupuncturists and supporters of Oriental medicine dedicated to the preservation and advancement of the art, science, and practice of oriental medicine.” Oriental medicine encompasses the techniques being used in China, Korea, Tibet, Japan, Viet Nam, Thailand, and even India for over 2,500 years.

Acupuncture has gone from bamboo needles to disposable, stainless steel needles that are so fine they can be placed in the end of a hypodermic needle. Acupressure is a technique that uses pressure from the practitioner’s fingers and hands on acupoints and painful, or hard spots. Both forms of stimulating the points are techniques to chase chi within the body, to adjust a deficiency, or to clear a blockage.

Chinese herbs are minerals, objects from the animal kingdom, and hundreds of individual plant parts, each with a particular action to perform on a person in order to establish balance. Tai Chi and Qi Gong are two forms of martial arts meditative movements, each able to bring about balance, strength, and focused energy (Qi) in order to create a particular goal.

An Oriental Medicine practitioner may use a variety of techniques, adjusted to meet the individual needs of each client. Diet and nutritional strategies appropriate on an individual level, differ from western nutritional support. For example, calories and ingredients are not the concern of the Oriental medicine practitioner and diet counseling goes beyond recommendations against diet sodas, coffee, and sugar in general. The temperature, taste, combination, and preparation of foods are of concern and are considered against the person’s constitution and symptoms.

A little zing may be required, and the practitioner may choose electroacupuncture. Once the needles have been inserted into the client, the practitioner hooks the needles up to wires that lead to a small machine. A gentle microcurrent travels to the acupoint for a desired result. The client may feel a gentle, relaxing pulsing or pulling sensation at the acupoint.

Cupping is a suction device used on the back of the client to stimulate blood and qi circulation, and to disperse certain pathogenic factors. Truly, each acupuncturist has a plethora of techniques to offer clients individualized treatments.

Esoteric Acupuncture

“When you change, your environment changes.”
-Bill Walsh, of Rainmaker Seminars

According to…Mikio Sankey, humanity as a whole has raised its consciousness to such a level that it has acted as a timelock for Esoteric Acupuncture’s New Encoding Patterns to be released and offered. These acupuncture patterns can expand humanity’s path toward healing and wellness, and opportunities for even higher consciousness!Dr.

The fine tuning of subtle frequencies, being aware, and an active participant in the process, the client may “simultaneously align and initiate the opening of their Heart Center.” This will cause a frequency of love that is generated throughout the energy field becoming the “gateway to expanded healing.” Dr.

Esoteric Acupuncture is just one more piece of the puzzle available at this time.
