Religious Freedom Threatened

Many don’t realize that the first book published in what became America was a Bible and it happened in the 1600’s.  This Bible was printed in an Eastern Native language.   Now, I suppose it is not surprising that religious freedom would be threatened in the US in 2015 when natives even as far back as the 1600’s felt inclined to throw away their centuries-old religions for the religions that the Bible represents, but it does surprise some people.  H. R. 2232 is one of those surprises.

H.R. 2232 is a bill that was presented to the House of Representatives on May1, 2015—one month before Governor Brown signed SB 277 into law in California.  The goal of H.R. 2232 is to amend the Public Health Service Act, which means that it’ll remove religious and personal exemptions to vaccines in ALL states (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V9ivUD1K_VE). The group that this bill will permit to have medical say of children over parents is the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, a group within the CDC.  The CDC has proven time again that they are a corrupt, unethical body, yet this bill will allow them to have the last word on your children’s health.  The CDC has firmly proven the lengths they will go to to cover up research data that doesn’t fit their model of vaccine safety (http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-1164046).  Do you really want the CDC deciding dosage and types of vaccines that your child is to be forced to receive? 

Average citizens of the world think the US federal government only deals in interstate commerce, so they are shocked that the federal government thinks it can have power over each state’s ideas on medical procedures. The federal government has forced medical treatments onto the American population before, but it went unnoticed.  Surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiation are the only legal treatments for cancer allowed by US federal law.  That means if an acupuncturist or a homeopath can treat someone and make the cancer go away and establish a toixic-free environment for the person, they can’t advertise this information, nor publish articles on their success rates, nor can these healers admit what they’re doing on any level.  Healing cancer in other ways other than surgically doing repair work or chemically harming a person’s system is illegal.  Further, a child under eighteen has no say.  He or she gets surgical repair work and chemicals thrust into their body against their will, because it’s the law.  In Nazi Germany forced medical treatments was legislation as well.  For some reason we can frown on that, but not on current and proposed American legislation.  If H.R. 2232 passes, it will override any state’s laws related to religious and personal exemptions (https://washingtonwatch.com/bills/show/114_HR_2232.html#usercomments).  Even if the hundreds of thousands of California citizens that signed the SB 277 Referendum to stop mandated vaccinations succeeds, this federal law will force even worse rates of mandated vaccinations, because it will include ALL public school students.

Cancer treatments equal big bucks for certain pharmaceutical companies.  Vaccines are no different.  H.R. 2232 will force all children who attend any kind of public school to be vaccinated with the kinds of vaccines and dosages decided upon by the Advisory Committee.  More vaccines given will mean more profit for these companies, but financial incentive is the driving force behind H.R. 2232 in another way.  Under H.R. 2232, federal funds are to be withheld unless certain groups prove a fully vaccinated population.  More than 136 million in government funding will be threatened to stop if students are not vaccinated.   Kids have always just been numbers to officials.  Each child’s school gets paid each day a child is in school.  H. R. 2232 is along those same lines where a child will correspond to a dollar amount and the health of that child has nothing to do with H. R. 2232. 

.  This bill allows for medical exemptions (https://www.opencongress.org/bill/hr2232-114/show).  Doctors who sign exemptions are already frowned upon.  It’ll be hard to find a doctor willing to sign a medical exemption once and yet, under this law, parents will have to get a new medical exemption signed EVERY year.  That’s a lot of money just thrown away each year. 

What about personal and religious beliefs exemptions?  Well, Congress is not supposed to make any law that interferes with the exercise of religions.  If you don’t think it’s a big deal that the government can force poisons into your child, what about the government’s desire to strip you of your religious freedom (http://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=(title:42%20section:247b%20edition:prelim)?   It doesn’t matter if your religion forbids certain medical procedures.  It doesn’t matter if your religion forbids supporting the business of abortion.  It doesn’t matter if you’re a vegan and don’t wish your kid to be injected with animal and human products.  It doesn’t matter if you’ve had three vaccine injured children and have decided not to vaccinate the fourth.  It doesn’t matter if your child has died and now you don’t want to vaccinate the one who lives.  Your thoughts don’t matter.  Your children don’t matter.

Doctor Giving "The Vaccine Talk"

I have many stories around doctors trying to force various vaccines on me through the years. I want to tell you one related to my daughter, because it relates to the disease changing if in a vaccinated person, as well as fitting these times in which we live where doctors are to "educate" us now. Before my daughter could be enrolled in kindergarten in about 2004, I had to take her to a doctor.  The gentleman poured over her thin, new file, looked up at me and said, “Has anyone talked to you about vaccinations?”

“No, and I’d rather they didn’t.” (I had researched the subject thoroughly fifteen years before I even met my daughter’s father and have logged a few more years of research since.)

“Well,” he continued, “Do you know that three kids died of measles last year?” (This is a common ploy of pediatricians- try to induce fear in the uneducated mother.)

“Was it Atypical Measles?” (I am not an uneducated mother.)

“Ah,” he stumbled, “Ah, well, yes.”

“So that means the three who died were vaccinated.”

He was silent to my statement, not a question. (Atypical Measles occurs in those who have been vaccinated against measles. I personally prefer measles.)

I asked, “Could you please write on the chart that we’ve had the vaccination talk? Thanks.”

SB 277: Raw and Uncensored

  SB 277 discriminates against California’s children in two ways. 

First, it only goes after healthy kids without an IEP.  (SB 277: Section 2: 120335 of the Health and Safety Code, following 56026.)  An IEP is an Individual Education Plan that is set up by administrators, teachers, parents, and other district employees that may offer services in smaller class sizes as well as audiologists, psychologists, and adaptive physical education teachers.  Children who are diagnosed with a condition before school age can get an IEP and start school at 3 years of age.  Other children may be referred to the right people to start an IEP once they have started school and found to be struggling with behavior, learning, hearing, speaking, et cetera.  Kids with an IEP may opt out of vaccinations, or pick and choose which vaccinations the parents think is right for their kids, as long as appropriate paperwork is handed in before January 1, 2016.  (At least this is how I interpret this legislation.  For certain, if you want your kids in school until July 1, 2016 when SB 277 goes into effect and for grades other than kindergarten and 7th, you need to have all paperwork in by January 1st, 2016.)

Healthy, present children who behave themselves are not allowed to have an IEP.  They have to wait until they are vaccine injured and when they get an IEP, they may opt out of further vaccines.  Actually, parents can only opt out of the current vaccine schedule of any given time if they have put in the appropriate paperwork now before the law takes effect that they don't want to follow the mandated vaccine schedule.  (Again, this is how I have interpreted the law.)  This means that right now ALL parents of Californian school children should hand in the appropriate exemption form plus have the doctor sign the chart paper where he/she signed it saying that he/she gave you the vaccine talk (to satisfy AB 2109) and hand them into the school.  Now.  Because when your child becomes vaccine injured as they surely will with an unlimited vaccination schedule, you can opt out of further vaccines once they get an IEP.  (Do not sign the official form that they want you to sign that satisfies AB 2109 legislation, because they can use that against you and possibly to take your kids away from you.)  Of course, you could try for the medical exemption by then, but doctors will be very scared to write those, so it's better to think ahead.  Basically, a special education kid can't be denied his or her special education services, but a healthy child can be denied a public education.  Discrimination, but at least one group can get out of being vaccinated.

Second, SB 277 only goes after kindergarteners, seventh graders, and students moving into a new school district.   Though this is a relief to parents of children who are starting in eighth through twelfth grades, it is still discrimination because it only targets some kids.

Why are they getting away with installing this pick and choose legislation when surely if vaccinations are truly needed, it should be mandatory for all?  They know SB 277 is not really needed, they know too many people will rise up if special ed kids are denied services, and people with kids eighth grade to twelfth grade will give up the fight because they believe it no longer effects them and this will decrease the numbers caring about SB 277.  Everyone should care though, because this is not about vaccines.

Some may argue that the only time to make harsh legislation, like SB 277, is when more of the public are dying from a certain disease than are living.  I still wouldn't want vaccines under these extreme  circumstances. I personally feel the ingredients of vaccines make them a game of Russian Roulette and also know that they damage the immune system.  I also know that homeopathy, herbs, and acupuncture as well as eating natural, organic, non-GMOed foods are a far safer bet.   No epidemic is occurring here in California.  No school children are dying off more than those living, therefore, this is not a vaccination issue at all.  It’s an issue of Californian residents not being able to keep their right to decide on medical treatments for their children.

It doesn't matter what any governor says, my child has done well without aborted fetuses, formaldehyde, mercury, mouse protein, polysorbate 80, phenol red, and aluminum injected into her bloodstream.  SB 277 has the open possibility of the number and kinds of vaccines given to increase exponentially.   As the law stands now, if you allow doctors to inject your child with many vaccines on a schedule that they decide is good for all children equally, and your child dies or becomes injured, you can’t even take the manufacturers to court.  (Search for the petition to change this.)  Does it make you nervous that legislation is put in place that both forces kids to get vaccinated and protects the manufacturers of those products?  Why should they bother to make a sound product when they can sell it anyway without any consequences and further, have the government support their sales?

Vaccinations have been called safe.  With more and more deaths occurring after the administration of vaccines, you'd think "safe" wouldn't be the word they'd use.  They already know the truth.  SB 277 will make it very clear to the masses when their children start dying off in droves, but it will be too late, because those same people will have allowed a lot of other vaccine legislation to happen that will be killing the parents off, too.

Disneyland and Measles

The recent Measles outbreak at Disneyland may have been made to happen so legislation can be brought in to force more vaccinations, or it could have been made to happen to show you how the old vaccine is obsolete and so you need the new and improved vaccination, amongst many other possible reasons.  What is unfortunate is people don't question the line they're told.  Here, the line seems to be that one unvaccinated woman is "apparently" responsible.  How many of those who got the Measles have been vaccinated in the past?  How many have had Measles in the past and were supposed to have natural immunity?  How many were unvaccinated?  People should be allowed to choose whether they want to put poisons into their bodies or not.  If you believe in vaccines, then by all means have the Measles shot and then you can't blame an unvaccinated woman if you get the Measles.
