Harbor City, California's cell towers and 5G Antennas

A neighbor and I just drove around Harbor City documenting how dangerous the 4G & 5G towers and antennas are. At least during the daytime, the cell tower that is on the corner of 255th and President is off. Those of you who have children attending Harbor City Elementary might be happy to know that. It seems that at least during the day, it is off.

Those who live and work near Senator and Lomita will be happy to know that that 5G antenna is also off. At least during the daytime.

Unfortunately, a really dangerous cell tower is at 254th and Frampton. It is trying to be disguised as a palm tree. There is another tree cell tower over by President Avenue Elementary I think it was 241st Street at the bottom of the school. It is very deadly. It's reading was off-the-charts just like the one on 254th Street.

The cell tower on 252nd and Belle Porte is on and it's pretty strong. As is the 5G antenna on President Avenue close to Lomita, as well as the 5G antenna near Kaiser on PCH.

Some neighbors were very interested in what we were revealing.

Letter to Gov Newsom & Congresswoman Waters

To Governor Newsom and Congresswoman Waters.

I am writing to request that you stop 4G towers and 5G antennas from being erected in California.  The planning commission of L. A. City sent me a letter dated September 30 where they stated, “After several attempts, the HAPC was unable to have the item [my appeal of cell tower citing abuse] scheduled prior to July 21, 2019 [the last day for the HAPC to act] due to lack of quorum.  DCP attempted to obtain an extension of time from the applicant [cell company], but they did not grant the necessary extension.”  That is the equivalent to “Go to your room!”  “No, I decided I don’t want to.”  It is inappropriate, regarding something as dangerous to us and to the environment as 4G towers and 5G antennas, that the cell company involved has the power to say no to a hearing, no matter the excuses.  You need to please set an example and stand up for living men against Section 704 and this corruption.  Public Safety is supposed to be of the utmost importance when you use it in relation to infections where money is involved with pharmaceuticals, but not 5G?

Firstly, a lack of quorum translates to members of our local planning commissions in California not feeling it a worthy investment of their time to listen to their communities.  If attempts are actually made, then that means that worker after worker says, “No thank-you.  I don’t want to.  I can’t.  My schedule is too busy to listen to a community member.  I could waste time listening and voting no, so I’ll save myself time in voting no by not going.”  Any worker who does not want to attend meetings with the community needs to step down; quit.  Their letter to me proves that our planning commission staffs are inept and uncaring.  But your decision to protect us could make their involvement in this abuse obsolete.  

Secondly, in the letter, it said, “The Zoning Administrator’s determination approved plans to permit a Conditional Use of the construction and installation of a new unmanned wireless telecommunication facility disguised as a 54-foot mono-eucalyptus tree [as if there are real eucalyptus trees in our area], and determined based on the whole of the administrative record, that the Project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Article 19, Section 15303 (New Construction) of the California Public Resources Code and there is no substantial evidence demonstrating that an exemption to a categorical exemption pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15300.2 applies.” But they forgot to inform me what they are basing that statement on about no evidence.  They cited no proof.  I would have looked into the researchers of their so-called proof and would have seen who funded their statement that 4G cell towers that may also go to 5G are not dangerous to the environment.  Further, Conditional Use means property may be used in a manner not intended, but that does not include abusing the community.

Common Applicable LAFC CEQA Exemptions 15061 states, “The activity is covered by the general rule that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment.” Governor Newsom, you need to show evidence of safety if this project of erecting 4G towers and 5G antennas in California is not to be CEQA exempt, especially in light of the U.S. Appeals Court’s decision about 5G (https://www.fiercewireless.com/regulatory/court-rejects-fcc-exemption-5g-small-cell-site-reviews).

Lastly, your duty is to protect us, not serve us up to some agenda.  The bottom line is that with all the 4G towers and 5G antennas that I see erected while you turn a blind eye, you are complicit in a crime.  For example, in doing nothing, you are giving every businessperson permission to abuse the employees of that business where a cell tower now stands.  The businessperson will earn almost $5,000/month in coercion money from the cell company, so is consciously allowing harm to him or herself.  But informed consent has not been given to the employees.  Even if it had been given, there is California legislation in place to protect employees from abusive actions on the worksite and international legislation in place to protect individuals from military attacks such as 5G. 

If you have been told about Section 704, let me tell you that it is simply a way to bully and harm with federal words on paper as seeming permission for you to express helplessness.  People who have sold their souls against humanity are energetically putting out that it is acceptable to spy on, to manipulate, and to destroy masses of life within what is called California.  In doing that, these ones are putting out that it is acceptable to be done to themselves.  It is time humans put out energetic vibrations of love, acceptance, and caring.  Then this may rebound and be experienced. It starts with you.

Those who reside on the land known as California—living men, birds, bees, and other lifestreams—see what you are not doing throughout what you think is only your jurisdiction and are asking you to start getting involved in the halting of this weapon.  It is not too late for you to question, nor to embrace answers and to act.  Thank-you so much.

Those Who Remember

When I was ten days old, I flipped onto my tummy, shocking my mother who attempted to explain to me that I was too young to be able to do that.  A sentence repeated when at six weeks, I rolled off a table as my sixteen month old sister distracted my mother.

I can tell you that I remembered how it felt to lie on my tummy and had been working on it for several days.  Part of the problem of being in a new body is that the muscles are weak, the bones are not strong, and synapse connections have not been established, so in visualizing the move you wish to make, you train your body to follow the blueprint and then you may accomplish it.

If you can recall that you are Light and that you can make a desired blueprint for your body, you will not continue being a slave to Western Medicine or to the system outside of pretending as if on a stage.

Fifth Generation may include technology to interfere with your physical focus of directing your Light.  Fifth generation is not necessarily intended for the masses beyond turning their bodies to dust for easy disposal, but it may be to stop those who remember.

Herd Awakening

Fifth Generation will harm the 7% of humans who are willing to awaken from the slave system and to do something about it, along with the masses, the pharmed sheople, the at least 60% who are not willing to turn off their TV programs, wear last year's fashions, or engage in anything but shallow conversation.  This is unacceptable, foreign warfare occurring by governments on what they perceive as their jurisdictions.

Some fear that 7% is not enough people to stop 5G and there is nothing to be done.  Please remember that you are Light and may create your reality consciously if you know how to use it.  We can experience the Light side of others, namely, out attackers.  We may also speak our truth over and over without fear of ridicule.  (After all, it is only the programmed who ridicule and we are attempting to give them a new program, "You are a liberated, living man!")  Basically, we only need a small percentage of humans to awaken to the reality that they are under attack by their own governments with geoengineering, 5G, and vaccines, to name just a few of their attacks.

But having said that, it's the governments that we need to guide into stopping theses attacks through simply threatening to make their system, yes one system, crumble.  They won't want the pharmed sheople to realize there are two post offices, for example, because they might awaken to the reality that there are multiple everythings.  The thing is, the criminals-that-believe-they-be trust their programming.  They know that at least 60% of the pharmed sheople will continue denying their Light and seek pharmaceuticals and revel in victim consciousness as their health declines and as they reach for their phones.

A small percentage, say 7%, may put the SMART military weapons down, meaning phones, LED lighting, meters, and cars, but if that small percentage can hold the right card to make the governments bow-out of the part of their Agenda that involves 5G, the masses in general will still feed into the system, continue to be compliant slaves, and so the governments may still have their cake and eat it too.  But we get a little something in return for being able to live alongside their attacks of the masses without 5G turning us to dust.

The more you know, the more you realize you don't know.  Please learn about the court system and how to be a living man, along with being certain to have vocabulary defined for you every step of the way.  Do not assume your definition of a word is the same as the authority figure before you may be defining it.  For example when you hear, "To plus too equals, for, right?" you cannot say yes to that drivel or you appear unstable or ignorant.

Now go.  Anchor the Light.  Hwa!

I received the same package from the planning commission yesterday that I received on September 30...So did the small group of us who attended the hearing in February to stop the construction of a cell tower to be built on two nearby streets.

I replied with this letter to be sent with a two cent stamp through the General Post-office, not the USPS. I do this to prove that just because an area is within LA City's jurisdiction, does not mean that territory is solely owned. There exist two worlds in every state of the fifty states.

Dear [L. A. City Planning Commission Staff],

Thank-you for the second letter dated September 30. The bottom line is that with all the 4G towers and 5G antennas that I see erected under your orders, you are complicit in a crime. For example, you are giving John (and other business owners) permission to abuse his (and their) employees. He will earn almost $5,000/month in coercion money from the cell company, so he is consciously allowing harm to himself. But informed consent has not been given to his employees. Even if it has been given, there is California legislation in place to protect employees from abusive actions on the work site and international legislation in place to protect individuals—including John’s neighbors—from military attacks or any abusive attack.

If you are hiding behind the federal words on paper, Section 704—which in and of itself is supporting the bullying legislators of ‘96—as seeming protection for your actions, then you are admitting that you are not permitted to investigate these military weapons and the harm that can be done to the population. You and business owners such as John are energetically putting out that it is acceptable to spy on, to manipulate, and to destroy masses of life within what is called L. A. City. In doing that, you are putting out the vibration that it is acceptable. It is a risky thing to do on 3D Earth if you are unable to connect with your innocence, which I hold in consciousness you are able to do. It is time humans express energetic vibrations of love, acceptance, and caring. Then this may rebound and be experienced instead of the spying, manipulating, and destroying. It starts with you and me. I will face my Maker knowing I supported humanity and others. I have not broken Universal/Natural Law. How about you?

Harbor City residents who see what you are doing throughout what you think is your jurisdiction alone are asking you to stop. The District of Columbia, with words on paper, may have seemingly given you permission to do as you like, but the judicial district and liberated living men, birds, bees, and other lifestreams all have a voice, as well. Please do not be a part of our demise. Do what you can to stop having 4G towers and 5G antennas being put up.  Thank you so much.

Letter to Planning Commission About Cell Tower Appeal

My response to the Harbor Area's pathetic planning commission. I used a 2 cent stamp on the envelope to this letter, using the true post-office that most don't know about because they're too busy playing on their phones. On this site, I have left an account of my battle since February 2019 to stop a tower from going up. Two days ago, I received a letter informing me that tower is going up. (I have also received word from my landlord that I have to move, so soon, I will be out of the picture and they won't see me as a threat anymore...if they even do see me as a threat.) Anyway, so far, there is no tower there. :)
