Presumptive Notice to File with Court Clerk

 

I have sent two of these Presumptive Notices from where I dwell, the Judicial District, and possibly because the envelopes give me away, when these reached Washington DC, they stopped being tracked.  I cannot prove they arrived.  I have not received the green cards back.

So, last Wednesday, I sent this discharging the debt with reserve notes. (In average language, I paid money.) I sent it from within the system, the District of Columbia, which is far-reaching...even to the shores of Australia.

My plan has been...it seems all year...to have the 30 days pass and be able to file it in a District Court near me with all the proof that it arrived.  The plan is to use this paper (and court filing number) in lieu of a passport card, since my goal is to leave the system entirely...eventually.

Dear Secretary of State Blinken:

Please disaffirm the following facts using substantive law and evidence.

1)     After the Civil War, the Fourteenth Amendment was passed to protect the newly freed slaves giving them the political status of US Citizens.

2)     The passage of the Fourteenth Amendment did not affect or change existing political status of white citizens known as State Nationals and now known as US Nationals.

3)     I have the Right/Duty to choose which political status I want to be.

4)     I have not abdicated Natural Rights/Duties, nor given consent to trespass.

5)     I experience body autonomy and self-determination and may roam without a mask, PCR “test” and without any vaccine.

You have thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of this Notice to respond to me in notarized affidavit form with a man or woman signing the affidavit.  Failure to reply within thirty (30) calendar days to this Notice disaffirming the above statements means you acquiesce to their validity. As per number three, my status is as US National.

Iatrogenocide, Naturally!

 

Genocide and iatrogenocide are the same thing when discussing Western Medicine and their pills and vaccines and this $hot, the toxine.  Western Medicine was established for changing Genetic humans and killing the ones the opponent to mankind had no use for.

The Adhesion Contract

The first time I used my social security number/card was when I was an extra in a movie later called Losing It. (At first, it was simply Tijuana.)  I had to use that card: "Take it or leave it."  I had no idea what I lost when I used that card. How appropriate that it was for a movie called Losing It!  (Yes, I worked with Tom Cruise before the nose job...and probably before a lot of "take over.")  Anyway, did you catch that?  Take it or leave it is manipulation. It is not unconditional love, moon-light and roses. It is the adhesion contract. It is a contract. It moved me out of common law...although, in using dollars instead of gold and silver, I was already way on my journey out of common law.

Now, I perhaps could have tweaked it so that social security still got to take their greedy share to do with it as they would, without me benefiting, but that would have required a conversation with the employer, not a casting director named Nancy Mott. Why would anyone want to bargain with a kid anyway? 

As an adult, I still used that number. It would require a unilateral recision of the contract that they would ignore, hoping that one day I would use it again. But I would continue to leave it...if I ever rescinded the adhesion contract, that is.

The Diplomatic and Consular Immunity Booklet is Not Discussing US Nationals

Thank you to Presley for drawing my attention to Diplomatic and Consular Immunity: Guidance for Law Enforcement and Judicial Authorities, which refers to privileges and immunities for diplomats. Here is a sign.  The US National operates in the realm of Rights/Duties, not privileges and “you owe me” kind of duty to the State.

In this text, we learn that we may search the Diplomatic Relation Act (22 U. S. C. 254) and the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U. S. C. 2881) to seek possible information documented on US Nationals who are international to the Fourteenth Amendment and Congress’ legalese.

Unfortunately, this document does not discuss US Nationals who are non-residents and are foreign to the Fourteenth Amendment and the bondservant-making of those who are legal residents in the United States.  On page 9, the nationals that are mentioned here refer to nationals of countries in general, not to the US National.  Examples are, “…are nationals of the sending country,” and “…its own nationals, legal permanent residents.”  They clearly define this national. 

On page 12, the national mentioned here is the US Citizen who works as consular for a diplomat to the USA.  Again, this national is referred to as a “legal permanent resident.”  US Nationals are lawful non-resident aliens.  Again, “…provided they are not US nationals,” under “Bilateral Agreements” is referring to US Citizens.

However, one nice weapon we have gained from this booklet is learned in the first footnote.  “[The officers’] responsibility is to assume that the appropriate degree of immunity is afforded once the person concerned has been precisely identified.”  This means those police working the Long Beach airport "beat" should not have ignored me when I was trying to identify myself.  They did not want to “precisely identify” me through my paperwork, my affidavit on file with their police chief, nor with a call to  their station to have the Pass System read my passport card.

Another interesting lesson was that the Department of State does issue identification cards with information that is readily available to be read by an officer on the spot if the Department of State recognizes that person as a diplomat. It seems they purposely do not identify the US National because there is no open card given to them.

I have three files to look through: the two mentioned above and the tax information.  All is not lost.  We may find more supportive documents, yet.  But so far, US Nationals are not mentioned here within this document.

Here are my comments.

This is information for US Citizens who may not be aware that they are US Citizens because the greedy IRS wants its money from them.  “Some U.S. citizens, born in the United States to foreign parents or born outside the United States to U.S. citizen parents, may be unaware of their status as U.S. citizens or the consequences of such status. By law, U.S. citizens, regardless of whether they live in the United States or abroad, are required to report and pay to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) all applicable taxes on their worldwide income, including on their income from foreign financial assets.”

I saw nothing that pertains to what is called the US National.  We are not expatriating.  On one side of the coin is US Citizen.  On the other is US National (not including the Samoans and such who are only non-citizen Nationals). We are simply sending a clear message to the Department of State that we do not identify as bondservants under a de facto Fourteenth Amendment.

7/5/2022 added that national, here, too is meaning “a person from” a place, but we may manipulate it and use it for our sake as US Nationals for two reasons: 1) agents of the government may be speaking to non-citizen nationals and to US Nationals and 2) there is no definition of this national such as “resident” and talk of driver’s license, etc.

Recovery from the Jab

Recovery from the jab may start by not having it.  But should you allow it, here are some thoughts.

1 cup minced garlic

1 cup minced ginger

1 cup pure maple syrup

1 cup lemon

Cook for about 10 minutes in a saucepan.  Cool. Jar.  (When I made this for a family member who had a stroke, he got feeling back in two fingers as the clot was slowly shrinking.  When I make this for him, I keep what doesn’t fit in the tall jar.  I just finished it.  It’s been in my fridge from November 2021 to just now.  Another little bit from another batch is frozen.  I use it when I feel off.)

Take 1 tsp to 1 tbsp as often as you feel you need it.  Usually, 1 spoonful twice a day is the maximum, but this is food.  It can only harm you if your body is placed in disharmony or dis-easement to you personally with a certain ingredient.

3)   In meditation, ask for support from the Casual Level.  The implant

in humanity is in the Mental body and they are being manipulated through the Astral body.  (The Congress that usurped the States United would not have succeeded without having implanted humanity first.  Cell phones, computers, TV, SMART meters, Wi-Fi, the vaccination programs, 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G, glyphosate, atrazine, “diet” ingredients, geoengineering “chem trails,” and so much more has been assisted by this implant.)  If you are receiving the jab when you don’t want it, it’s because you are not standing in alignment with the Sound of Self and are; therefore, susceptible to these promptings. You will believe your job is more important than your life because you support your family, you will lose your pension, and so much more.  I know because now that I have awakened to their total scheme, I will have to walk away from it all, but I hear these promptings. (Our opponent knows that humans get off on being victims and being martyrs. “I have to save the world!!! 6)   When you die, you will think you are seeing the White Light, but

 can be trapped in their program because you will fall for it as you fell for all those reasons to have that $hot against your will. The imposter ray will disconnect you from your MultiSelf in that you will think it your Monadic Ray or that you are standing in alignment with the Sound of Self. 

 

Know that the successive human has been in production for some time.  See 13.1 of vaccine inserts and you will learn that they didn’t test these vials for the vile mutagenic properties.  This covid $hot is not the first to be altering Genetic human DNA.  They have long since had the power to place it in any lot number they chose, targeting a population (military, prisoners, races, genders).  You are the lab rat much like in the distant past when a human was tweaked and the pig came to be.  Only this time, artificial intelligence is also in that $hot and it will make it easier for you to be controlled.  You will become as the cell phone if your controllers so decide.  You will be hooked up to the social credit system where your thoughts will be read and even implanted.  You will live in a tall building with other successive humans—if you survive to this point.  (Mankind will be elsewhere.) You will think about how you need to awaken others to what is going on. (Because perhaps AI is toying with you and allowed you to see how you are beyond the bondservant of the Genetic human and you are now the successive human, unable to reproduce.)  You arrive at the elevator and find you no longer have enough social credits to get the door open.  Another from your floor approaches the elevator.  If she thinks to help you onto the elevator, she loses credits and can no longer get it open.  (The opponent to humanity plans to take getting people against each other to a whole new level.) Those of us who read their scripts and warned humanity for a long time are not lecturing you now.  We are mankind and are offering a final warning.

You know how that other group, you know the one…the group made up of individuals that are three jabs in and still stand there shaking in their boots, mesmerized by screens (computer, TV, phone, etc.), scared to allow their breathing holes to be open to the air because the air might kill them? Well, the controller of humanity figured how they thrive on victimhood and martyrdom and uses these against these humans.  They are under a spell.  The goal is to catch as many other humans as possible within that net.  The controllers have been permitted to place anything vile in those vials and they do.  They may offer auto-immune dis-easments to make what’s left of someone’s life pure struggle.  They may kill a few here and there.  Meanwhile, some Draco is having an erection while observing a mother suffocating her young child as she bullies a mask on his face.  Ok.  Enough on the conquering of that other group.  I’m certain you see all of that clearly.  What you are challenged in seeing is what they do to you.

The group made up of individuals that were of a frequency to rise above the spell…the group made up of individuals who didn’t give Power away, who stood firmly against the obvious tyranny and blatant signal that mankind is controlled by a nefarious source, who affirmed that they were no bondservants under the Fourteenth Amendment, though illegally put into place by a usurped Congress…Well, the controller of mankind figured out how they (Tax-Denier, Patriot, US National) thrive on rushing into battle, how sound-bites can impulse them into careless action, and uses these against mankind.  They are trusting of any representative seemingly of mankind. The Tax-Denier, Patriot, US National is shown Supreme Court case after case to justify the words they use when taking a stand.  What they don’t often tell you is that simply words have been pulled out of the cases when what’s important is the judge’s summation.  Let’s look at a case that is circulating within the community of mankind.
