Police Threatening to Escort Me From Airport

I came on to Radio Ranch today to share my experiences as traveling as an unmasked US National in the airport.  The police wanted to escort me out. The police behaved outside their duties and the Secretary of State, Attorney General and TSA are being informed to make changes.  Will Chief Luna lose his job because he didn't inform his agents, the officers under him?  Will Long Beach airport get the Pass System machines up and working now?

The strangest thing about me asking for a Pass System is that I am not for technology and AI (artificial intelligence).  But in this ridiculous time of authority requesting me to cover my nostrils and mouth simultaneously and not being able to volunteer out of that is ridiculous and tyrannical.  The card shows nothing.  It must be put through the machine.  Also, should the criminals-that-believe-they-be bring on robocop, it too should be able to read the card.

Dear Chief Luna,

Your police at the Long Beach Airport (LGB) on October 19, 2021 obviously had not been informed about how to support US Nationals despite them being your agents that should have been put on notice.  That is on you.  I just flew out of LGB and asked the police officer to please call the station to run my passport card so he could see who I am.  He smugly answered, “I’m not going to do that.”  I asked him to call you because you are holding my citizenship evidence.  He said, “No.”  I informed him that he doesn’t know who I am, that there was no need for words.  All he had to do was call it in.  As inappropriate as it is, the airport has no functioning Pass System machines.  That means, even more than huge airports, you have a responsibility to inform your agents on how to conduct themselves with travelers who are not Federal citizens.

The officer decided he could behave unlawfully to me and force me to wear a mask against my will because he and the other officers were armed and were a threat to me.  I felt like the small kid on the schoolyard surrounded by bullies.  I was simply standing with no possessions and in my socks!  With so many TSA agents and other officers in different uniforms uninterested in listening to me, though it was my duty to not comply, I had to.  It went beyond discrimination against me.  All because he had not been informed that not everyone who comes through Long Beach airport is a US citizen.  He had no understanding that I am outside federal words on paper stating that I am to cover my nostrils and mouth and he treated me disrespectfully because of it.  Review ideas on officers being able to call in to use the Pass System at the station and educate them.

Please place this in my file for easy access when my evidence is needed.  Please know that as I informed the officer, I am informing Mr. Blinken and Mr. Bonta.  They have been sent a copy of this letter.

I support you, the officer who mistreated me, and the others who stood around having decided I was a threat.  Please work with me.  Thank-you.

Secretary of State Blinken

United States Department of State

2201 C Street, NW

Washington, DC 20520

Dear Secretary Blinken,

Yesterday, I was attempting to pass safely and lawfully at Long Beach Airport (LGB).  They do not have an operational Pass System machine in place nor anyone trained in its function.  TSA agents and police officers had no clue about US Nationals despite me having put employees in California on notice.

Please read the letters enclosed here.  Please place all of this in my administrative file.  Please make certain Long Beach Airport (LGB) gets the Pass System machines working.  Please educate the police, sheriffs, and TSA on appropriate protocols for US Nationals.  Thank-you.

Dear Ms. Guidry,

Please get the Pass System up and running at your airport.  The police at the Long Beach Airport (LGB) on October 19, 2021 obviously had not been informed about how to support US Nationals and that there was no Pass System to read the passport card made it more difficult.  Thank-you.

Bright Day Thoughts,

Certified letter to the Long Beach airport manager has arrived.

Attorney General Bonta

CA Department of Justice

PO Box 944255

Sacramento, CA 94244-2550

Dear Mr. Bonta,

I was very disappointed in the behavior of the Long Beach police yesterday.  They are agents under you.  I had expected protocols in place so that I may move lawfully and safely amongst them and other passengers.

Please read the letters enclosed here.  Please place all of this in my administrative file.  Please make certain Long Beach Airport (LGB) gets the Pass System machines working.  Please educate the police, sheriffs, and TSA on appropriate protocols for US Nationals.  Thank-you.

Sincerely yours,

Certified letter to CA Attorney General Bonta has arrived and green card of proof signed and in my possession.  Again, this was sent without payment through the Judicial District.

Department of Homeland Security

TSA Administrator David P. Pekoske

Washington, D C 20528

Dear Mr. Pekoske,

I was shocked and disappointed to experience no Pass System machines working and no TSA agents trained about US Nationals at Long Beach Airport (LGB) in California.  Matters are made challenging for all concerned when those outside federal words on paper have agents who are ignorant about such matters alongside no working machines to read passport cards.

Please address this situation for all concerned.  Thank-you.

Sincerely yours,

Homeland Security. I could not find a local TSA agent to complain to.

Dear Captain Jones,

Yesterday, I had an unpleasant experience at the Long Beach Airport (LGB) because they do not have an operational Pass System and the police chief had not informed his agents, the police under him, about US Nationals.

To catch you up to speed, the police at the Long Beach airport on October 19, 2021 obviously had not been informed about how to support US Nationals despite them being agents that should have been put on notice.  I just flew out of LGB and asked the police officer to please call the station to run my passport card so he could see who I am.  He smugly answered, “I’m not going to do that.”  I asked him to call you because you Chief Luna is holding my citizenship evidence as you are.  He said, “No.”  I informed him that he doesn’t know who I am, that there was no need for words.  All he had to do was call it in. As inappropriate as it is, the airport has no functioning Pass System machines.  That means, even more than huge airports, all agents have to be informed on how to conduct themselves with travelers who are not Federal citizens.

The officer decided he could behave unlawfully to me and force me to wear a mask against my will because he and the other officers were armed and were a threat to me.  With so many TSA agents and other officers in different uniforms uninterested in listening to me, I had to comply.  All because he had not been informed that not everyone who comes through LGB is a US citizen.  He had no understanding that I am outside federal words on paper stating that I am to cover my nostrils and mouth and he treated me disrespectfully because of it.  Review ideas on your officers being able to call in to use the Pass System at the station and educate them.  Perhaps then sheriffs will have easier interactions with folks compared to the uninformed situation of the police recently.

Please place this in my file for easy access when my evidence is needed.  Please know that as I informed the officer, I am informing Mr. Blinken and Mr. Bonta.  They have been sent a copy of this letter, too.

I support you and Chief Luna, the officer who mistreated me, and the others who stood around having decided I was a threat.  I support your sheriffs.  Please work with me.  Thank-you.

Bright Day Thoughts,

Arrived to Long Beach sheriff.
